I tried to do it online.That was over an hour. And then they said i needed to click on this website.

That costed $45.

After 2 other phone calls I finally got a guy to talk to that helped me. But 2 hours and $45 later.

the worst i have ever seen. nothing works, items missing like top bar for deleting emails, go back arrow, email icons, tools, and much more.

the company extorts users by making them pay to get issues fixed even though it is because of yahoo's setup. the chats are worthless 100%. they don't or cannot answer questions, they just give pretty much random answers or run you round and round. i cannot get any help to fix my page anywhere.

you cannot go back to the old format that worked.

i hate yahoo now and plan to change back to gmail. what a worthless company yahoo has become.

I changed my phone number and can't verify my account because I don't have access to my old phone number. The only way I can get help is to pay for it, or else I have to abandon my email account and open a new one, which would create a lot of confusion with all my other accounts.
